The Solar Source Air Heater uses sunshine to warm your house in winter and exhausts unwanted heat in summer. Solar Source solar air heating works by using highly efficient low-iron glass to capture sunlight inside the roof mounted insulated colorbond collector. Solar and/or mains powered fans pump air from inside your home via a ceiling vent, through the roof mounted collector, and returns heated air into the house.
Warmth in winter, heat extraction in summer, the Solar Source Air Heater can generate potentially significant energy savings in the typical well-insulated house.

An external wall mounted version of the Solar Air Heater is in development. This unit will not require ducting.
